All these sweet little babies I’m photographing are approaching that big milestone in their life: their first birthday. I tell a lot my clients that if they thought the first year went by quickly, the second year will go by far quicker. I honestly feel that between birth and two years old my little Ella grew so much and changed so drastically. She went from being this tiny thing, completely reliant on me, to walking, talking, running, playing, laughing, and loving on us parents. It is so extremely cliche, I know, to say that childhood goes so fast and to enjoy it. But it’s true. And so that is why we hear it all the time. Remember these moments. They will only last today. Tomorrow is a new day and we will never again have yesterday.
